Jericho Integrated Health is a team of nine health and wellness practitioners including naturopathic doctors, RMT’s, osteopaths and reflexologists specializing in personalized medicine and pain management.

The Challenge

A new naturopathic doctor recently joined the team and had availability. They had a writer, but needed a marketing team to create a strategy to get more traffic and bookings, and an SEO advisor to fix issues with their aging website.

Course of Action

A initial marketing and SEO audit identified several issues including:

Google reported crawl errors due to four versions of the website (http, https, www and non-www).
Slow mobile PageSpeed.
The site had few backlinks and lacked internal links.
There was little to no relevant content on the site to show their expertise and authority.
Jane App bookings were not being tracked through Google Analytics.
Google My Business page was not optimized.
Yelp page showed the clinic was closed.

Second, we created a CPC campaign by looking at what competitor’s ads looked like and writing ad copy to attract their ideal client. Before turning ads on, we optimized the landing page with a custom intro video to establish trust, and links to the newly created content to show expertise. Then to maximize their ad spend, we included negative keywords and used advanced ad settings to only target specific keywords with the highest conversions. Our strategy started with quick wins with technical and on-page SEO, combined with CPC ads to get bookings quickly, and then a content strategy to grow traffic organically.
